Restocking Fee Policy

If you request that your order to be canceled after you have checked out successfully, you will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.  This restocking fee applies whether you have input an incorrect address, chosen an incorrect shipping option, or simply changed your mind. This 25% restocking fee will also apply if your package is returned to us because you have input an incorrect shipping address or did not accept the package or pick the package up at your local post office.  You will also not be refunded the shipping cost that we paid to ship the package to you.

The 25% restocking fee may also apply if you request for us to remove items from your order once you have placed it.  If your order originally qualified for free shipping but no longer does after you request items to be removed, the order will need to be canceled and you will be required to place a new order.  The 25% restocking fee will apply to the canceled order.

We cannot ship to a different address than the one you input at check out. If you need to change the address from the one you have input at check out, the 25% restocking fee will still apply.  Shipping labels are created based on the address you input at check out.
