Restocking Fee Policy
Restocking fee: 25% of the order total, deducted from the refund to your original payment method.
When the 25% fee applies

Cancel after checkout: If you ask to cancel an order after a successful checkout—for any reason (including entered the wrong address, chose the wrong shipping option, or changed your mind)—a 25% restocking fee applies.

Undeliverable/returned packages: If a package is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, delivery was refused, or the parcel was not picked up at your local post office, the order will be refunded minus the 25% fee. Outbound shipping costs are not refunded.

Item removals after placing an order: Requests to remove items may trigger the 25% fee. If removing items means your order no longer qualifies for free shipping, the original order will be cancelled (25% fee applies) and you’ll need to place a new order.
- Address changes: We can only ship to the address you submitted at checkout. If you need to change the shipping address after checkout, the order must be cancelled and reordered—the 25% restocking fee will apply. Shipping labels are generated from the address you provide at checkout.
