Pick Up Orders

Out on the Street is a proudly Canadian, gay-owned 2SLGBTQI+ fashion and adult retailer based in Toronto. Our Pick Up Orders option allows customers to place an order online and collect it in person at our physical store.

This option is ideal for customers who prefer to shop online while picking up their order directly from our Toronto location.

How Pick Up Orders Work

  1. Place your order through our online store

  2. Select Pick Up at checkout

  3. Wait for a confirmation phone call indicating your order is ready for pick up.  The phone number that is called is the number you provide for your order.  Please ensure that the phone number provided is accurate and active.

  4. Visit our store during regular business hours to collect your order

Please do not arrive to pick up your order until you have received  the confirmation phone call.

Identification Requirements

If you have paid by credit card you MUST show that credit card when you pick up your order.  If you have paid by PayPal you MUST show ID that matches the name and address on the order.  Pick Up Orders must be picked up by the person who placed the order.  You cannot send a friend to pick up the order. 

There are no exceptions.

Pick Up Location

Pick up orders are available at our physical store located in Toronto’s Church Street Village (551 Church Street, Toronto, Ontario, main floor) during regular store hours.

Pick Up Timeframe

Orders must be picked up within 60 days of receiving the ready-for-pickup confirmation.
