Return & Exchange Policy
item purchased at outonthestreet.ca, by phone, mail or fax, or in our store can be returned for
an exchange or refund within 14 days following receipt (exceptions listed below). Before
proceeding, contact customer service to find out the methods of
return and exchange. It is also possible to return a product purchased
online in person at our store.
Clothing (excluding all underwear (includes all singlets, union suits and bike suits) and all swimwear) can be returned for a refund or exchanged for another size or a different product if it still has its original labels, hasn’t been worn and/or washed and/or altered.
For the health and safety of all our customers, no
exchange or refund will be given on underwear (includes all singlets, union suits and bike suits), sex toys (includes
dildos, masturbators, cockrings and douche products), swimwear, condoms,
and lubricants. There are no exceptions to this. In the rare and unusual event of a defect,
the product will be replaced by an identical product.
If your package is damaged upon delivery, please refuse it, it will be returned to us.
There is no refund for delivery fees.
In the unfortunate event of an order error on your behalf, you can return the item(s) ordered. (except for items outlined above due to health and safety reasons) You are liable for the return costs. A credit note or refund will be issued upon reception of the products. There will be no refund of shipping costs. The products should be in their original packaging, unopened and/or unused. You are also liable for any risks related to the return of the merchandise.

Unfortunately, all Canadian orders on outonthestreet.ca are subject to 13%HST. There is no way to change this on our site at this time. When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a refund on the credit card or pay pal account you used if you live in AB, BC, MB, NT, NU, QC, SK or YK. In those provinces you are only required to pay 5% GST.
